After discussing the design and finalizing the customer’s requirements, the next step is selecting and planning the production process to determine the most suitable method. This could involve creating the design through graphic design software or crafting wax models by skilled wax artisans. Each step is carefully evaluated to ensure appropriateness, with specialized craftsmen selected for their expertise. This ensures that each piece is completed efficiently and on time.

Wax & Printing

In addition to the expertise of CAD designers and wax artisans, collaboration with skilled jewelry production specialists is essential. Their input helps refine techniques and details, making the manufacturing process smoother. Without consultation from goldsmiths, designs created by CAD or wax artisans often encounter issues during production, leading to complications and the need for revisions. This not only causes delays but also results in significant additional costs for correcting metalwork.

Once we’ve determined whether the piece should begin with a skilled CAD designer or an experienced wax artisan—ensuring the design achieves elegance and fluidity—it will then proceed directly to the production process.

Once the wax technician has received the explanation and understands the customer’s requirements, they will begin the process of handcrafting. In some cases, this may involve a combination of starting with a CAD design and using CNC printing as an initial step. Afterward, the piece will be carefully refined by hand. Throughout this process, the work will be periodically evaluated and inspected.
