CASTING
Casting Process
Our work begins and ends with the complete jewelry production process, all in one place. Once the master mold and resin or wax piece are ready, they enter the casting process to transform them into metal pieces according to the customer’s specifications.
We utilize our proprietary closed-system casting process, which ensures the quality and percentage of gold meet international standards. We prioritize the metal quality required for exports as the benchmark for casting. The added materials are carefully controlled to meet standards, ensuring accurate gold karat values such as 18K, 14K, 9K, or silver content like Silver 925. Harmful elements like nickel, which can pose risks to users, are eliminated from the process. In cases where complete elimination is not feasible, the remaining trace amounts are maintained within safe limits, adhering to European and American safety standards, making the products safe for use and ready for confident export.
In our casting process, we offer services for various metal colors, including yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold in 18K, 14K, 10K, and 9K, as well as platinum in 900 and 950 grades. For customers with specific requirements or unique gold percentages, we can accommodate such requests upon agreement.
